Urinating or defecating in a public place

It is an offence to urinate or defecate in any public place (in a municipality or town) that is not specifically made for that purpose, with a maximum penalty of a fine of $250 or an expiation fee of $80 [Summary Offences Act 1953 (SA) s 24].
